David joins us as our ITS Field Manager, bringing technical expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. In his previous role as Telecommunications Engineer, he went above and beyond to ensure that each customer received a personalised service tailored to their unique needs.
David’s Role at Rennicks
As our new ITS Field Manager, David will be taking on a range of responsibilities to ensure our customers receive exceptional service and support. David will manage third-party service providers, perform maintenance tasks, offer technical training, and provide hands-on troubleshooting. He’ll also oversee equipment inventory, optimise spare parts management, and work on enhancing ITS product performance. Additionally, David will contribute to the development of new ITS products and offer support on printer products when needed.
