Following a successful career of more than 20 years in senior leadership roles for a multinational pharmaceutical packaging company, Barry joined Rennicks Group as Managing Director in April 2021.
He is passionate about developing teams that enable the highest levels of customer service, product development, quality, health and safety performance, underpinned by the ambition of long-term business success.
“To relax, I love getting out into the Dublin hills on my mountain bike, working on the perfect sourdough loaf and watching rugby. I support both the Ireland and Leinster teams with my wife and three daughters.”
With over 17 years of experience in road safety solutions, a Degree in Business and Marketing and a Diploma in Advertising, Alma is driven by an enduring curiosity to uncover her customers’ pain points and identify strategic solutions.
Beginning her journey in the vehicle registration plate sector in 2005 as an Account Manager, Alma has grown into the role of Sales Director for Rennicks supporting customers all around the world.

Dale has been working within the highways industry for over 20 years. He is Chair of the Association for Road Traffic Safety and Management (ARTSM) Working Group 2 – Traffic Signs, and is at the fore of understanding and challenging legislation and compliance that may impact our industry. Dale has also sat on the committee for the Institution for Lighting Professionals (The ILP).
In addition to being Rennicks’ Business Development Manager for Active Travel and Traffic Sign materials, Dale is also responsible for our ITS. Managing Rennicks’ key accounts, Dale is instrumental in the development of our range of products and solutions.
“Away from work, I enjoy time with my family, walking my two dogs, and gardening which I find very relaxing – more likely just showing my age! I am a Season Ticket Holder for Brighton & Hove Albion FC and have been since childhood.”
As Commercial Operations Manager, Mike has responsibility for all the background functions that make the business tick and plays a big role in the development of new products and solutions that help meet the demands of the UK highways network.
Prior to joining Rennicks, Mike worked as the Commercial Manager for a manufacturing company. The skills learnt over ten years working in an engineering environment lend themselves to supporting Rennicks’ product advancements and compliance.
“When I’m not in work, I am a keen cyclist and enjoy nothing more than getting out on my bike. I have been studying karate since I was seven years old, and am now a 4th Dan black belt and help at my local dojo teaching kids of all ages and abilities.”
Of my 25 years experience in Customer Service, 17 of them have been spent with Rennicks, where I have been able to grow a well established relationship with our customers which I believe has enabled me to offer a more personalised experience tailored to their needs.
In 2021 an opportunity arose where I was able to join the Finance team and although it can be a challenge running the 2 jobs along side each other at times, I am enjoying learning a new side of the business.
As a Supply Chain Support Administrator, Victory is responsible for the vehicle registration plate customer service, setting out the procedures and responsibilities for the clarification of customer requirements, and developing customer relationships for subsequent monitoring of progress. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in International Business from Griffith College Ireland.
Preceding joining Rennicks, Victory worked as Goods-in Manager for a Distribution & Warehousing Company, where he kept the operation running smoothly and offered excellent interpersonal skills for three years. The skills and knowledge gained over these years have led him to provide a high-quality service to support Rennicks car license plate sales and inspire customer retention.
Away from work, Victory loves to engage in charity/church activities, play football, and spend time with his family.
Robert has been providing solutions and services to public and private sectors in the highway infrastructure industry for over 25 years. Starting his career in project management and the delivery of temporary traffic management schemes, Robert champions the necessity of providing road users with the critical information necessary to make informed, quick decisions to continue their journey safely.

Ian is Rennicks’ Business Development Manager for Vehicle Conspicuity & ITS products. Having worked in the industry for 28 years, Ian has represented some of the UK’s leading market providers and has been recognised for designing and developing award-winning products, new concepts and working practices that help make our roads safer.
Ian chairs the BSI committee responsible for Passive Safety, is a member of the National Highway Sector Scheme 9 (NHSS9) and contributes to our industry Trade Associations ARTSM & REMA.
“Outside of work, I am an (almost retired) compere, host and cheesy DJ who occasionally comes out of hibernation to support local hospices and good causes.”
Sean comes from a polymer engineering background, and has worked in Japan for 16 years in the semiconductor and automotive industries in technical and sales roles for world-leading manufacturers. Having joined Rennicks in 2014, Sean is responsible for development, quality, compliance and performance for all of Rennicks’ products.
Active across the industry, Sean is Chair of BNMA Technical Committee; Chair of ARTSM; Chair of Marker Posts and Street Furniture group at REMA, and sits on the BSI 509/3 group on traffic signage as well as BSI AUE/1 (vehicle lighting and visibility) ensuring industry has a voice in developing and maintaining standards across our industry. Sean developed his first standard for ICI nearly 30 years ago.
A certified Lead Auditor and registered Prince2 Practitioner, Sean is always available to engage with and assist clients to optimise processing and application as well as introducing new concepts and products.
Ann has worked for nearly 28 years at Rennicks and has seen the business change and grow over that time. She began her career working in general administration and is now the Materials Manager, whose primary role is managing the procurement, logistics, custom clearance and local handling for many of our customers in Ireland, the UK and international clients delivering our retroreflective sheeting, vehicle registration plates and aluminium products.
As Rennicks would generally be regarded as a small team servicing all our customer’s needs, one benefit to this size of team is the flexibility of having the procurement team meet the end customers from time to time to work together with the sales team to streamline the procurement process and find solutions to their changing demands. ‘This is one of the key strengths that the Rennicks team can offer, to align the sale teams with others within the company to enhance our customer’s experience. It also makes my job more interesting and has given me many opportunities to travel, meeting our suppliers and customers alike’.
On a personal note, in 2020 I graduated with an Honours Degree in Law which was quite tough going at times but very rewarding also. I’m a keen walker and have been known to climb the odd mountain if it gets in my way!
As Printer Maintenance Engineer, Phil has responsibility for keeping all of our printer customers running efficiently and without issue. A big part of the role is also to test and develop our products further, so our customers are at the forefront of any developments within the traffic printing industry.
Phil has spent the last sixteen years of his career working in the printing industry in various roles. From testing and diagnosing equipment in a manufacturing environment to working as a Service Engineer supporting a wide range of industrial printing equipment, along with their software, Phil has vast experience in his field.
“In my spare time I like to keep fit cycling and running. Completing a marathon and taking my bike on week long adventures is the perfect way to relax.”
