"I am immensely proud to have been involved in the successful delivery of this innovative solution. Our old weather station was poorly located and required significant investment to maintain. The provision of these two new weather stations will ensure we receive a robust data led forecast and provide efficient gritting operations."

Dwayne Lowe
Head of Highways and Network Operations at Blackburn with Darwen Council

"Due to the significant traffic flows and the need to have three and four-way traffic lights in place, the concept of the Rennicks Virtual Journey Time System proved to be invaluable. Using the Rennicks Virtual Journey Time System enabled the monitoring of a very busy strategic route without the need for the installation of hardware. An added benefit was having the capability to update the travelling public remotely. The live data also enabled the phasing of the traffic lights to be altered during peak hours."

On a glorious day filled with community spirit and a passion for giving back, members of the Rennicks team recently participated in the Dublin Mountain Stroll to support the incredible work of Barretstown.
Robert, together with 30 of Kent's most influencial business leaders, slept out under the stars at Fort Amherst in Kent to raise crucial funds and awareness for the estimated 6000 veterans that are experiencing homelessness in the UK right now and in desperate need of shelter.
In the first of several company-wide developments, Rennicks has undergone a complete rebrand, implementing a striking and contemporary visual identity that better reflects the company’s leading status within their sector.
As part of our ongoing support for Barretstown, members of our Dublin and UK teams volunteered for a day over in Ireland at the Barretstown Camp.
At the start of this month, the team at Rennicks braved the hike up Mount Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales.
